There are many advantages to use a Digitech® Professional computer caliper in log scaling. Haglöf Sweden have developed and adapted a professional level log scaling software for PC and computer caliper. Keep track of load data with tickets, source, tract, hauler and more. Make printouts or send wireless to other computer; control the maintenance and follow-up work in one system, keeping you informed of volumes and pricing in real time. User defined species, products, grades, customizable source, load, and log information and reporting design and options. The system supports barcode scanner and automatic length register with the Digitech Tape.

The Digitech® Tape and the New Measuring Method Haglöf Sweden’s digital measuring tape the Digitech Tape was released on the world market some time ago, and is gaining market shares, especially within operation areas such as log scaling and harvester calibration. The Digitech Tape is operated together with Haglöf’s market leading computer caliper the Digitech Professional. Time comparison studies show that working with the Digitech Professional and the Digitech Tape can result in great time savings and more accurate measuring results, compared with regular, mechanical measuring tapes.
